In June 2008 Bert Katz and his
wife Helen paid another visit to
Nentershausen and Rotenburg.
The local paper published a lengthy
report about the visit. The headline
"Memory by Shoehorn" (Erinnern
mit Schuhloeffel) is a reference to
the shoehorn with Willy Katz' name
engraved as an exhibit in the
Jewish Museum in Rotenburg.
In the picture we can see Bert and
Helen Katz between the Mayor of
Nentershausen, Ralf Hilmes
(right) and Heinrich Nuhn who
hosted Bert and Helen for a couple
of days. On the far left, Karl-Heinz
Berndt, the local historian.
