Soon after Germany had started WWII on Sept.1,1939 Feiber enlisted in the British
Army to fight the Nazis.
When the murderous war finally ended Feiber lived with the family of his uncle
Leopold Strauss, and in 1957 he followed his uncle back to Germany.
Until now Feiber was living as a single retiree in Fankfurt/ Main. After a short and
bad illness he died there in the hospital on June 15, 2003.
